Here you go...the perfect fouette.  Study every part of her body...Notice how her head spots; how her shoulders are pressed down and her neck elongated; how her right arm is the main working arm and it follows the motion of her rt leg; how her up and down motion is clearly defined.  Notice at what precise point she pull into her pirouette position, (her "up" position)...where her torso and head is and at what precise point she releases her leg (her "down" position")  Notice where her left heel is positioned when she is in her "down" motion.  Study this until you have a very clearly picture in your head, and then go start practicing...PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!  :)
