1) Date and give yourself a grade for last week...Be honest and real with yourself.

2) Spend 5 or so minutes Answering the following:

"Why is TRUST so important for a team to be successful? And  what are you looking for from other members and/or coach in order to trust them?  Are you living up to those things as well?  Be specific and be detailed and think of all the different areas that this could cover.

WARM-UP:

CARDIO

All 3 pregames 2x through with hand weights or ankle weights on wrists

1 lap stair run and 5 frog jumps (T/TH)

STATIC STRETCHING:

1) Quick Stretch

2) 30 second resist stretch/30 second hold on each split

3) Backbend stretch with partner

4) rt/lft butt kick holds on wall (10 sec each side)

STRENGTHENING:

1) 20 scissor kicks

2) 20 flutter kicks

3) 20 russian twists

4) 10 push ups /15 tricep dips (on T/Th)

5) 5 straddle pike ups

SKILL WORK:

1) Skills with sis

KICKS:

DAY 1/3/5

1)  Kicks as team

DAY 2/4

3) Kicks for critique

5 MINUTE BREAK: 

REVIEW:

1)  Walk through "Hip hop" 2x

ROUTINE WORK

(21.5 TOTAL EIGHT COUNTS)

1)  Dance all critiqued 8 counts for sister and video

2)  Critique second new song through formation change with sis/as a team

3)Critique Gettin Jiggy with it section with sis/as a team

4) Dance full routine full out

5) Begin re-staging/adding onto Britney mix
