C Jump: arms cross down in prep/head up in prep/deep plie/create C position in air by pushing pelvis out and arching/toes pointed/land arms crossed to ground & head down
CHAINE HIGH/LOW-ATTITUDE LEAP: no saggy arms in chaine/use plie/Close lft arm with snap and power/back leg in attitude not dog peeing position/chest lifted/more brush than ren de jambe on front leg/front leg hits parallel/no puddle jumping/toes pointed/Arms in L
CHAINE HIGH /LOW TURNING TOE TOUCH: no saggy arms in chaine/use plie/Close lft arm with snap and power/minimal ren de jambe/legs parallel and straight at peak/arms parallel and straight at peak/toes pointed/ minimal hunching/Legs Snap up/plie in landing.
RT/LEFT SPLITS: flat and hips forward
MIDDLE STRADDLE: weight out on big toes and hands/as flat to the ground as possible
