TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORMS
FOR TRY OUTS
 
1)  It is your responsibility, as a candidate for a position on the Southwest Troyettes, to submit a teacher evaluation form to: 
        ***  Each of your core subject teachers (math, science, social, language)
        ***  One elective teacher. 

2)  The form is automated and can be filled out electronically.  It will be returned directly to the coach.

3) YOU are responsible for ensuring that your teacher has completed the form.
 
4) Click HERE , Copy and paste the web address of that page,
and email the link and your request to have the form completed, to the appropriate teachers.
